The beautiful rectangular swimming pool, at a slightly lower level than the house and reached down a flight of 9 steps or just directly from the garden, lies in a super panoramic position overlooking Lake Trasimeno and the surrounding hills.

Measuring 10 x 5 m with the depth varying from 1.20 to 1.80 m, it is lined in PVC, has chlorine purification and a ladder for access to the water. The surrounding brick-paved area is equipped with sunbeds, a swing seat and a large gazebo with table and chairs.
