At the back of the main house on a level below we find the shaded terrace and entrance to the guest house. The terrace under the pine trees is perfect for dining or enjoying a glass of wine while admiring the breathtaking view of the valley and Lake Trasimeno. Entering the sitting room you enjoy the light and the surrounding nature thanks to the large double-glazed windows. The open, fully equipped kitchen and dining area guarantee your contemporary comfort. A laundry room leads to the spacious bathroom with double washbasin, walk-in shower and toilet, all decorated in travertine stone. There are two bedrooms: one double bedroom and one bedroom with three beds.
